Harborline Outdoor had a strong Amazon presence but had never sold on Walmart Marketplace. Spromoter managed the entire process, from catalog syndication to advertising, to stand up a second profitable sales channel in under a year.

Harborline’s product catalog wasn’t yet approved on Walmart, and the brand had no experience with Walmart’s item specification requirements or Walmart Connect advertising platform. They needed a partner who could manage the full process end-to-end.

We managed the full syndication process, mapping Harborline’s catalog to Walmart’s item specifications and resolving compliance issues that would have otherwise delayed launch by weeks. Once live, we built out Walmart Connect campaigns, Sponsored Products, Search Brand Amplifier, and Display, targeting keyword territory before competitors caught on to the opportunity.
